Danielle Han
MSW Student Therapist
About Danielle (she/her)
Danielle works with individuals who may be navigating ADHD, Autism, disordered eating, body image concerns, or a combination of these experiences. She understands that the aftermath of intensive services like CBT or Family Based Treatment (FBT) can leave people feeling unsupported during transitions, and she provides a safe and supportive space to explore thoughts, feelings, and goals.
Her approach is holistic, client-led, and neurodiversity-affirming, as well as 2SLGBTQ+ affirming, prioritizing cultural humility and collaboration to meet clients where they are.
Therapeutic Approach
Danielle integrates an anti-oppressive and trauma-informed lens while remaining flexible to client needs.
Her work may include:
Mindfulness and neurodiversity-affirming practices
Nutrition counselling, when relevant to goals and preferences
Play- and game-based interventions for food-related anxiety, especially with ARFID
She emphasizes self-compassion over blame and adapts her approach as clients’ needs and preferences evolve.
